Vineyard in Champagne region showcasing the beautiful landscape of Benoît Dinvaut vineyards

Discover Champagne Benoît Dinvaut

Our champagne craftsmanship matured in oak barrels.

Our Family History

The first vines were planted in the 1970s at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. Passionate about our craft, we have been tending the vineyard for two generations, practising sustainable, environmentally responsible viticulture. In the 2010s, we began ageing our wines in oak barrels, adding a rich, gourmet aromatic palette that shaped the Champagne we know today. We take great pride in this approach and in our artisanal production, with its fruity, woody notes.

Our Champagne

Production Method

More than five years pass between the harvest and the release of our champagne. It matures for ten months in oak barrels. During this barrel-aging period, fruity, woody, and hazelnut aromas develop, along with delicate spicy notes.

Tasting

This champagne is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with starters featuring shellfish or delicate fish, roasted poultry or pork dishes, and refined aged cheeses.

What Our Customers Say

★★★★★

"100% Meunier. The color is very deep. It is vinous and oxidative. Caramelized apples, honeyed aromas. Harvested in 2011 and disgorged in 2016. Incredible breadth on the palate. For me, one of the best Meunier artisans."
